Job summary

Century Financial is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager in Dubai to support onboarding and servicing HNI/UHNI clients, with a focus on Mandarin-speaking clients. You will build strong client relationships and contribute to business development.

The role involves staying informed about markets, assessing client needs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring high service standards while meeting acquisition targets.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or relationship management within financial services, banking, or insurance.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Good understanding of financial markets, investment products, or trading services.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
• A proactive approach to sales, networking, and business development.
• Ability to understand client needs and deliver a high standard of personalized service.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in acquiring and onboarding new HNI and UHNI clients, particularly Chinese-speaking clients.
• Assist in managing client relationships through regular communication, follow-ups, and personalized service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage retention, referrals, and business growth.
• Support business development activities through networking, referrals, and channel partnerships.
• Develop a strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and trading services through continuous learning and company-provided training.
• Understand clients’ financial needs, investment objectives, and risk profiles to support suitable product recommendations.
• Assist in conducting client risk profiling and suitability assessments in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and timely resolution of client queries.
• Support Relationship Managers in preparing sales plans and identifying opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
• Maintain regular contact with clients through telephone calls, meetings, and other communication channels.
• Assist in organizing client meetings, networking events, and business development activities, including occasional evening and weekend commitments.
• Ensure compliance with the company's Ethics and Code of Conduct policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
