Role Overview:

Century Private Wealth is looking for a Relationship Manager – Private Banking to join its team in DIFC, Dubai. The role is responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with High Net Wealth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Wealth (UHNW) clients, delivering tailored wealth management solutions, and contributing to Assets Under Management (AUM) growth and business targets. The ideal candidate brings experience in acquiring and managing HNI and UHNI clients, an established network in the segment, and sound knowledge of financial markets and investment products.

Job Description:

Client Acquisition and Business Growth

• Acquire and manage relationships with HNW/UHNW clients through personal networks, referrals, and market outreach.
• Contribute to AUM growth and achieve agreed business targets.

Relationship Management

• Build strong client relationships by understanding each client's financial goals, risk appetite, and wealth structures.
• Provide tailored wealth management solutions aligned to client needs.

Investment Advisory

• Provide investment advisory across various products, including equities, fixed income, structured products, alternative investments, and lending solutions.
• Work closely with internal investment and product teams to deliver suitable solutions to clients.
• Monitor client portfolios, identify market opportunities, and proactively guide clients on investment strategies.

Compliance and Conduct

• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal regulatory requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and uphold ethical conduct in all client dealings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience

• 5-10+ years of experience managing or engaging with HNW/UHNW clients.
• Established network within the HNW/UHNW segment.

Skills and Competencies

• Sound knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain discretion.
