Job summary

Charterhouse Middle East is partnering with a leading international event technology company to hire a Senior Infrastructure and Technology Engineer for the Middle East region. You will maintain, support and enhance the tech environment, delivering hands-on expertise across infrastructure, networking, M365, Windows Server, cybersecurity and end-user computing.

You will lead regional IT projects, identify automation opportunities, evaluate AI tools including Copilot, and coordinate with vendors

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a senior infrastructure, systems or technology operations role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, enterprise networking, cloud technologies, Active Directory and Entra ID.
Proven track record delivering infrastructure projects and supporting stakeholders, with good communication and prioritisation skills.
Experience with cybersecurity, AV technologies, automation, AI tools, ITIL or Cisco is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Maintain, support and continuously improve the technology environment across the region.
Provide hands-on expertise across infrastructure, networking, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, cybersecurity, and end-user computing.
Deliver local and regional technology projects and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Evaluate emerging technologies such as AI tools and Microsoft Copilot.
Coordinate with local and international vendors and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and provide 2nd/3rd line support to employees and senior stakeholders.
