Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership collaborates with a leading international event technology company to hire a Senior Infrastructure and Technology Engineer for the Middle East team. The role focuses on maintaining, supporting and improving the regional technology environment across the region.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a senior infrastructure or technology operations role, with strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows Server and enterprise networking, plus cloud technologies and directory

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a senior infrastructure, systems or technology operations role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server and enterprise networking.
Experience with cloud technologies, Active Directory and Entra ID.
Knowledge of cybersecurity, automation and AI tools is advantageous.
Familiarity with ITIL or Cisco is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Maintain, support and continuously improve the technology environment across the region.
Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support to employees and senior stakeholders.
Deliver local and regional technology projects and coordinate with vendors.
