Job summary

Charterhouse are partnering with a leading international event technology company to hire a Senior Infrastructure and Technology Engineer for the Middle East region.

The role maintains and improves the technology environment, providing hands-on expertise across infrastructure, networking, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, cybersecurity, and end-user computing, while delivering 2nd and 3rd line support to employees and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a senior infrastructure, systems or technology operations role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, enterprise networking, cloud technologies, Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Experience with cybersecurity, AV technologies, automation, AI tools, ITIL or Cisco would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, support and continuously improve the technology environment across the region.
• Provide hands-on expertise across infrastructure, networking, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, cybersecurity, and end-user computing; deliver 2nd and 3rd line IT support to employees and senior stakeholders.
• Deliver local and regional technology projects and coordinate with vendors; identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences; manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
