Qualifications

Responsibilities

Coordinate workforce planning to identify staffing requirements.
Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy intake to appointment.
Work with departments and hiring managers on priorities.
Develop sourcing strategies and maintain a candidate pipeline.
Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring progress.
Identify recruitment challenges and suggest process improvements.
