Xpertise Consultancy is hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Lead in Dubai, hybrid role across construction and data centres. You will own a market, build the desk, and later run the division.

The package includes up to AED 20,000 basic, up to 25% commission, team overrides, equity potential after 12 months, and hybrid working with a clear leadership path. Ideal for someone with 4+ years GCC white-collar recruitment, an established client network, and an entrepreneurial mindset

Qualifications

• 4+ years GCC recruitment experience in white-collar construction.
• Established client network with contractors, developers or consultancies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to build a startup.

Responsibilities

• Run a full 360 desk across white-collar construction roles.
• Grow client relationships with GCC contractors, developers and consultancies.
• Build out the data centre construction vertical.
• Help shape strategy, processes and target markets.
• Hire, lead and develop your own team as the business grows.
• Own revenue and profitability of your division.
