Xpertise Consultancy is hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Lead in Dubai, hybrid role across construction and data centres. You will own a market, build the desk, and later run the division.

The package includes up to AED 20,000 basic, up to 25% commission, team overrides, equity potential after 12 months, and hybrid working with a clear leadership path. Ideal for someone with 4+ years GCC white-collar recruitment, an established client network, and an entrepreneurial mindset

Hiring: Senior Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Lead | Construction & Data Centres | Dubai (Hybrid)

Up to AED 20,000/month basic + up to 25% commission + team overrides + equity potential

I'm partnering with a new specialist recruitment business that's being built from the ground up, focused on white-collar construction and data centre hiring across the GCC. They're looking for their first lead recruiter: someone to own the market, build the desk and eventually run the division.

This isn't a seat at an established agency with a ready-made client base. It's a chance to get in at the start, build something of your own, and share in the value you create.

What you'll do

• Run a full 360 desk across white-collar construction: commercial, project management, engineering, technical and senior leadership roles
• Bring in and grow client relationships with contractors, developers and consultancies across the GCC
• Build out the fast-growing data centre construction vertical
• Help shape the company's strategy, processes and target markets
• Hire, lead and develop your own team as the business grows
• Own the revenue and profitability of your division

What you'll need

• 4+ years of GCC recruitment experience in white-collar construction
• An established network and book of client relationships
• A hungry, entrepreneurial mindset and a clear understanding of what joining a startup involves
• Ideally, several years at an established agency and a feeling that you're ready to build something yourself
