This role is ideal for someone who combines strong recruitment expertise with excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine curiosity about people.

The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, assessing and attracting top talent while acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments evaluating both technical capabilities and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Handle sensitive candidate and business information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment processes and talent acquisition practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience recruiting within AI-focused environments or hiring AI-related talent is highly desirable.
• Strong ability to assess people beyond their CVs, with excellent interviewing and evaluation skills.
• Knowledge of behavioural assessment techniques, structured interviewing methodologies, psychometric tools, or related approaches is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• High levels of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
• A humble, empathetic, and people-centric approach to recruitment.
• A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour, or a related field would be considered a strong advantage.
