Job summary

EY-Parthenon in the UAE is seeking a Senior Manager to lead real estate strategy engagements, advising sovereign funds, developers, and operators on projects across residential, retail, hospitality, and commercial sectors.

You will shape visions, develop business plans, and guide teams through feasibility, acquisitions, and valuation work, while maintaining strong client relationships and crossing the real estate lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a top-ranking school.
• 8+ years of strategy-related experience in Real Estate Consulting, Private Equity, or Real Estate Development.
• CFA/CAIA/RICS qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate client needs into project tasks and deliverables.
• Develop and execute strategic agendas with Real Estate, Hospitality and Tourism clients.
• Work on long-term strategy roadmaps, feasibility studies, and due diligence.
