EY-Parthenon in Abu Dhabi seeks a Strategy Manager/Senior Manager to lead high-impact engagements in the Oil & Gas sector across the MENA region. You will shape client strategy, mentor teams, and maintain strong client relationships while delivering actionable insights and rigorous work products.

We look for seasoned professionals with 6–8 years in strategy consulting, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex challenges into clear, executable strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a top-ranking institution; MBA or master's a plus.
• 6–8 years of strategy consulting or related energy-transition experience.
• Experience on big-picture strategy projects with strong problem-solving and PM skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of strategic engagements in Oil & Gas within the MENA region.
• Define project objectives with senior leadership and ensure alignment with EY-Parthenon's standards.
• Work with clients to translate needs into actionable insights and deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members and manage project risks and timelines.
