Job summary

EY-Parthenon Strategy in the UAE seeks ambitious professionals to join Government & Energy/Sustainability teams at Consultant level in the MENA region. You will work on long-term strategy roadmaps, growth, market entry and digital transformation with direct client interaction and mentorship.

Expect to collaborate with global corporates and public entities, travel 25–50% of the time, and develop your career through mentoring and formal learning in a dynamic, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree from a top-ranking university. MBA or Masters from a top business school is a plus.
• At least 3 years of work experience, ideally within consulting or strategy-related work in Government & Public, Energy & Sustainability sectors.
• Ability to assess industries, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic in a professional environment.
• Willingness to travel within the MENA region (25–50%).

Responsibilities

• Translate client needs into project tasks and deliverables within engagements.
• Define objective and scope of engagements with seniors, and deliverables.
• Work on strategy projects including roadmaps, market entry, go-to-market and digital transformation.
