Qualifications

Minimum 18+ years in real estate development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Prior UAE experience is mandatory.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Knowledge of local regulations, zoning laws, and permitting processes.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
