Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking an energetic real estate sales professional to engage with buyers and investors, present development projects and manage the end-to-end sales process. The ideal candidate has strong communication, negotiation and closing skills, and thrives in a target-driven, client-focused environment.

UAE market experience is a plus; Arabic speakers are preferred for effective client interaction. Immediate joiners are welcome.

Responsibilities

Engage with potential buyers and investors to understand their needs
Present and promote the developer's projects and off-plan properties
Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline
Conduct site visits, sales meetings and presentations
Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Maintain strong after-sales relationships to generate referrals and repeat business
Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
UAE market experience is a plus
Arabic speaker female preferred
Immediate joiners preferred
