Job summary

Baseline Bolts Industries LLC in Dubai is seeking a Performance Marketing & Digital Strategy Lead to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns for off-plan and secondary market properties. You will optimize paid search and social campaigns, manage budgets, and focus on high-quality lead generation across portals including Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.

You will implement robust tracking (GA4, GTM, Pixel) and collaborate with sales to improve lead-to-sale conversions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years UAE real estate digital marketing, performance marketing, content creation and property listing experience.
• Demonstrated success in performance marketing, high-intent lead generation and sales/leasing conversion optimization.
• Hands-on experience managing listings and promotions on Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, PPC campaign management and conversion tracking.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate portals and listing features.
• Strong understanding of SEO, GA4, GTM and landing-page optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for off-plan and primary/secondary properties.
• Plan, launch, test, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Manage multi-channel campaigns for leads, launches, sales and events.
• Optimize budgets and CPL/CPA/CAC/ROAS metrics.
• Coordinate with sales and CRM to track leads and conversions.
• Implement tracking via GA4, GTM, Pixel, and Conversions API.
• Create and optimize property landing pages for lead capture and CRO.
• Manage property listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle and other portals.
• Provide weekly/monthly performance dashboards and budget recommendations.
