Job summary

Arada in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end development delivery across design, procurement, construction, and handover, aligning with strategic objectives and quality.

You will coordinate with internal teams, consultants and authorities, manage budgets and schedules, and drive value engineering while maintaining a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Master's Degree or professional certifications (PMP, RICS, CIOB, PRINCE2) would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of development projects.
• Manage all phases from design through handover and defects liability.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and risk registers for projects.
• Track milestones and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with Design Management to meet objectives and regulations.
• Review consultants’ deliverables for quality and alignment with briefs.
• Drive value engineering while preserving design intent and customer experience.
• Oversee contractors and PMCs throughout project execution.
