Job summary

Arada is seeking a Construction Manager in the United Arab Emirates, based in Sharjah, to lead residential and mixed-use developments from planning through delivery. You will drive safety, quality, schedule adherence and budgeting while coordinating with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.

The role requires a civil engineering degree and at least eight years in construction management, with PMP认证 a plus and regional UAE/GCC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in construction management for residential/mixed-use.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Regional UAE/GCC experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities from inception to completion.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, stakeholders.
• Monitor quality against design specs and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead site teams and ensure effective communication.
• Enforce HSE standards and comply with regulations.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management.
