Job summary

Arada is seeking a Construction Manager in the UAE to lead residential and mixed-use development projects from planning to delivery. You will oversee schedule, budget, quality, and safety, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to meet high standards.

The role requires a civil engineering degree, 8+ years of construction management experience, and strong leadership with proficiency in Primavera and MS Project. UAE/GCC regional experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management, focusing on residential and mixed‑use projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Primavera and MS Project.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Regional experience in the UAE or GCC is a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all construction activities for residential and mixed-use projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor compliance with design specs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project budgets and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Lead site teams and ensure clear communication across all participants.
• Enforce HSE standards and promote a safe work environment.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and clients.
