Job summary

Hire Rightt in Dubai seeks a Senior Project Director to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale real estate developments. You will oversee feasibility through handover, coordinate design, construction, and controls, and drive performance against budgets and timelines.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and report to senior management on progress, risks, and mitigations, while pushing continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in project management and project delivery within the construction or real estate development industry.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a Director-level or equivalent senior leadership position.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale real estate development projects in Dubai, preferably with a leading property developer.
• Strong exposure to mixed-use developments, master-planned communities, high-rise residential buildings, villas, townhouses, and large residential developments.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects throughout the entire development lifecycle, from planning and design through construction, completion, and handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale real estate development projects, including high-rise residential buildings, mixed-use developments, master-planned communities, villas, townhouses, and other residential projects.
• Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from feasibility, planning, design, and pre-construction through execution, infrastructure coordination, completion, and handover.
• Drive the delivery of large, complex, built-to-sell developments, ensuring alignment with project scope, budgets, timelines, quality standards, and commercial objectives.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, contractors, project managers, and internal stakeholders, to ensure effective project execution and coordination.
• Oversee construction progress, project controls, cost management, risk mitigation, and quality assurance across multiple projects or development phases.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai regulations, building codes, health and safety requirements, and relevant authority approvals.
• Monitor project performance, identify delivery risks, and implement corrective measures to maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, financial performance, key risks, and mitigation plans.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, construction management practices, and operational efficiency.
