Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related discipline.
• Significant experience in project delivery within real estate development, construction or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing complex multi-phase projects from design to handover.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end delivery of real estate development projects from planning through handover.
• Develop and monitor project execution plans, schedules, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors and govt authorities for timely delivery.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and costs.
• Oversee budgets, cost control, procurement activities and contractual obligations.
• Ensure compliance with designs, specifications, quality standards, health, safety and UAE regulations.
• Prepare regular progress reports and performance dashboards.
