Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory.
• An LLM or equivalent postgraduate degree is highly advantageous.
• Minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience.
• Proven expertise in UAE real estate law, including Musataha and development agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Legal advisory & risk management: provide strategic legal guidance and ensure compliance with UAE laws and governance.
• Real estate transactions: draft, review and negotiate Musataha, land acquisitions, and leasing agreements.
• Commercial contracts: manage supplier, service, and operating agreements.
• Dispute resolution: oversee disputes, coordinate with external counsel, and lead settlements.
• Process improvement: maintain templates and optimize internal legal workflows.
