Loba Group seeks an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to directly support the General Counsel in overseeing commercial, real estate, and corporate legal matters across the UAE. You will manage complex transactional documentation, provide strategic legal advice on development and construction projects, and help mitigate risks while ensuring governance and compliance.

Qualificações

12–15 years of post-qualification legal experience with strong UAE market exposure.
Extensive UAE real estate law experience, preferably with a leading developer or top-tier firm.
In-depth knowledge of UAE corporate, commercial, and property laws and market practices.
Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency (written and spoken) strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and real estate agreements including JV, development, construction, leases, and sales contracts.
Provide practical guidance on corporate governance, structuring, entity maintenance, and UAE commercial transactions.
Identify regulatory and contractual risks and advise senior leadership on mitigation strategies.
Support management of commercial and real estate disputes, coordinating with external counsel and managing fees.
Assist the General Counsel in driving overall legal strategy and providing updates to business stakeholders.
