Job summary

Yello, a diversified UAE-based group, seeks a seasoned Chief Legal Counsel to partner with the CEO and senior stakeholders. The role leads legal support across multiple group entities, drafts and negotiates complex contracts, and shapes governance and compliance frameworks.

You will oversee litigation, manage external counsel, and back M&A, restructuring, and major transactions, while developing internal policies to sustain governance across the organization.

Qualifications

LLB with active UAE license.
10+ years in corporate/commercial law.
UAE experience is essential.
Background in real estate, projects or infrastructure.
Strong expertise in contracts, governance, and compliance.
Experience advising senior leadership teams.

Responsibilities

Act as primary legal advisor to CEO and senior stakeholders.
Lead legal support across multiple group entities.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts.
Establish and manage governance and compliance frameworks.
