Job summary

Enclave Real Estate is seeking a Senior Real Estate Agent to guide international and local investors to properties, negotiate and close deals, share market insights and manage client portfolios from enquiry to after-sales.

This commission-only role offers uncapped earning potential with substantial marketing support, daily leads and strong career progression within a high-energy Dubai real estate team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property sales or luxury sales.
• Proven track record of AED 40M+ in total sales over the last 12 months.
• Strong client service and long-term relationship-building skills.
• Solid knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Fluent English plus one or more additional languages (e.g. Russian, Portuguese, Polish, German, Dutch).
• Valid UAE driving license.

The Role

Please note: this is a commission-only position with no fixed salary.
