Job summary

Enclave Real Estate is seeking a Property Advisor in Dubai to guide investors, negotiate and close deals, and manage client portfolios from enquiry to after-sales. The role is commission-only with uncapped earning potential and full marketing support.

Expect 50-60% commission at start, daily international leads, visa and health insurance coverage, and clear career progression within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property sales or luxury sales.
• Proven track record of AED 20M+ in total sales over the last 12 months.
• Strong client service and long-term relationship-building skills.
• Solid knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Fluent English plus one or more additional languages (e.g. Russian, Portuguese, Polish, German, Dutch).
• Valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

The Role

As a Property Advisor, you will guide international and local investors to the right properties, negotiate and close deals, share market insights, and manage client property portfolios from first enquiry through to after-sales.

Please note: this is a commission-only position with no fixed salary.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property sales or luxury sales
• Proven track record of AED 20M+ in total sales over the last 12 months
• Strong client service and long-term relationship-building skills
• Solid knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Fluent English plus one or more additional languages (e.g. Russian, Portuguese, Polish, German, Dutch)
