Enclave Dubai, founded in 2025, is a Dubai-based brokerage covering residential and commercial, secondary and off-plan property. Enclave combines RERA-certified expertise, market intelligence, strong developer relationships and a client-first approach.

We are seeking driven real estate sales professionals with a proven Dubai/UAE track record, strong closing skills and the ability to convert fresh leads into sales, backed by a 50%-70% commission structure and full marketing support.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Dubai/UAE real estate sales.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Proven experience handling high-value property transactions.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan and/or secondary market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to manage and convert fresh leads effectively.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Dubai-based candidates with proven UAE real estate experience strongly preferred.
