Job summary

Enclave Real Estate, a premier Dubai brokerage, seeks a highly motivated Property Advisor to guide investors to the right properties and negotiate deals. You will manage client portfolios from first enquiry through after-sales.

This role offers uncapped earning potential via 55–65% commission, daily fresh international leads, and full marketing support. Visa and health insurance are fully covered, with flexible working hours and dedicated admin support in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property sales or luxury sales.
• Proven track record of AED 40M+ in total sales over the last 12 months.
• Strong client service and relationship-building skills.
• Solid knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Fluent English plus one or more additional languages (e.g. Russian, Portuguese, Polish, German, Dutch).
• Valid UAE driving license.

The Role
As a Property Advisor, you will guide international and local investors to the right properties, negotiate and close deals, share market insights, and manage client property portfolios from first enquiry through to after-sales.

Please note: this is a commission-only position with no fixed salary.
