Job summary

Enclave Real Estate in Dubai seeks a Senior Real Estate Agent to guide international and local investors to the right properties, negotiate and close deals, and manage client portfolios from first enquiry through after-sales.

This is a commission-only role with no fixed salary. You will have uncapped earnings (55–65% commission at start), daily fresh international leads, marketing support, visa and health insurance coverage, and flexible working hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property sales or luxury sales.
• Proven track record of AED 40M+ in total sales over the last 12 months.
• Strong client service and long-term relationship-building skills.
• Solid knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Fluent English plus one or more additional languages (e.g. Russian, Portuguese, Polish, German, Dutch).
• Valid UAE driving license
