Job summary

Gleeds is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the UAE to lead post–contract cost management on a major airport/mega project. You'll provide commercial leadership, cost control and reporting, and ensure compliance with client requirements.

Ideal candidates have MRICS, a Quantity Surveying degree, fluent English, and 10+ years' experience, including 2+ years in the GCC, with a track record in mega building structures and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification or equivalent.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Fluent English language; Arabic language desirable.

Responsibilities

• Contract administration and commercial compliance.
• Cost control and financial reporting.
• Delivering high quality commercial management services meeting client requirements.
• Managing and maintaining quality client relationships.
• Developing and enhancing Gleeds cost management capability.
• Working harmoniously with Directors across the region.
