Job summary

Gleeds Arabia is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for our Abu Dhabi / Dubai based team to lead post‑contract cost management on iconic UAE projects. You will manage contract administration, cost control and financial reporting while ensuring client requirements are met with excellence.

The role requires MRICS or equivalent, 10+ years of cost management experience, and a proven track record on mega building projects. English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification or equivalent experience is required.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Fluent English language skills are essential.
• Arabic language skills are desirable.
