Qualifications

• 10-14 years of total experience with MRICS.
• Minimum 4 years UAE experience and consultants experience.
• Strong post-contract experience on buildings (schools, malls, hospitals, hotels, residential or commercial).
• Experience with reputable cost consultancy or developers in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-contract quantity surveying activities from project commencement to completion.
• Prepare and review interim payment applications, valuations and payment certificates.
• Manage variations, change orders and claims.
• Prepare and monitor project cost reports and cost forecasts.
• Review contractual documents and ensure compliance with contract conditions.
• Prepare, review and negotiate final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and identify potential commercial risks.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams on all commercial matters.
