Job summary

Gleeds in Dubai seeks an accomplished Cost Manager with MRICS and extensive GCC experience to lead commercial management across mega building projects. You will drive post-contract cost control, client liaison, and governance, ensuring delivery aligns with client expectations and regional strategy.

The role requires handling contract administration, financial reporting, and cross- regional collaboration with directors to enhance cost management capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years cost management experience post MRICS qualification.
• 2+ years experience living and working in the GCC.
• Extensive experience in cost consultancy.
• Detailed knowledge and practical experience of post contract cost management.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments.
• Specialist experience of delivering mega building structures.
• Demonstrable evidence of delivering services to Clients and managing Client relationships.
• Demonstrable experience of timely interfacing with clients and key stakeholders at the highest level.
