Job summary

Gleeds Arabia seeks an experienced Quantity Surveying professional to join as a senior Associate Director. You will be a senior leader representing Gleeds, manage post-contract cost services for a major Dubai program, and oversee client relations and team performance.

Key requirements include 15+ years in cost management post MRICS, 5+ years in the GCC, and demonstrable leadership in large-scale projects. Fluency in English is essential for stakeholder engagement across regions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years cost management experience post MRICS qualification.
• 5+ years experience living and working in the GCC.
• Extensive experience leading cost consultancy teams.
• Detailed knowledge of post contract commercial management.
• Excellent knowledge of construction claims.
• Ability to motivate others and develop staff.
• Excellent organisational skills and adaptability.
• Experience delivering large scale projects (museum, airport terminal, large malls).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality post contract cost management services.
• Ensure commissions are managed per Gleeds governance and controls.
• Maintain and develop client relationships.
• Lead and manage teams; coordinate resources and workloads.
• Oversee retention and development of employees.
• Develop Gleeds cost management capabilities.
• Collaborate with regional Directors on cross-functional initiatives.
