Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team on newly awarded UAE projects across hospitality, residential, buildings and infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate will have a consultant and/or client background with several years of experience and be proficient in CostX or similar QS software.

The role requires strong communication, analytical measurement, and reporting skills, plus solid English technical writing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 5+ years of experience is preferred.
• Experience with remeasure contracts, cost control and valuation.
• Knowledge of CostX or similar QS software.

Responsibilities

• Experience in hospitality, residential, buildings, or infrastructure sectors.
• Consultant and/or client background for at least 4 years.
• Proficient in CostX or similar QS software.
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient English language technical writing abilities.
