Grupo Aw Oriental, C.A. is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Abu Dhabi to lead cost management across project lifecycles. You will prepare BOQs, cost plans, evaluate tenders, and manage contracts to ensure on-budget delivery with quality and contractual compliance.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in commercial construction, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to mentor junior QS staff while coordinating with project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Relevant professional qualifications (RICS or BQSM) are an advantage.
• Experience in cost estimates, budget forecasts, valuations, and final accounts.
• Strong contract administration and cost control capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of quantity surveying and commercial administration.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, cost plans and tender docs.
• Review drawings to determine material quantities and project costs.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, expenditure and cost performance.
• Manage tendering and evaluate contractor quotations.
• Prepare cost reports and financial forecasts for management.
• Identify cost overruns and contractual risks with mitigation.
• Mentor junior quantity surveyors and supervise the team.
