Job summary

Nova International General Contracting L.L.C. - S.P.C is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role will involve leading commercial control, cost management, and contractual administration for key projects. The ideal candidate will possess significant QS experience, especially with main contractors, and have a strong understanding of FIDIC terms.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of total QS experience, including 10+ years in the UAE.
• Minimum 10–15 years in a QS position.
• Strong background with main contractors (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end commercial and cost control activities for assigned projects.
• Prepare and finalize bills of quantities, cost estimates, and commercial reports.
• Lead monthly valuations, client payment certifications, and subcontract payments.
• Manage variations, claims, and prolongation cost assessments.
• Review commercial correspondence to ensure FIDIC compliance.
