Job summary

Romeo Interiors Factory LLC in Dubai seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Estimator with 10+ years in interior fit-out projects. You will manage post-contract activities, prepare payment valuations, variations, and final accounts while coordinating with the project team to ensure contractual compliance and timely payments.

Ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure, with strong MS-Office and AutoCAD skills.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineer with 10-12 years of Sr. Quantity Surveyor/Estimator experience in interior fit-out.
• Post-contract experience including payments, valuations, variations, change orders, and final accounts.
• Ability to prepare and compile payment applications with substantiation.
• Strong cost estimation, tendering, subcontract procurement and contract administration.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; able to work under pressure.

Job description

Urgent requirement of SR QUANTITY SURVEYOR QS ESTIMATOR for Interior Fit OUT company based in Dubai.

Experience Required in Post Contract Stage

• Preparing and agreeing payments applications valuations so that payment is received in accordance with the terms of the contract conditions
• Works progress Maintain logs for claims and thereby agreeing variations change orders
• Preparing and compiling variation claim document with all relevant substantiation to the satisfaction of the Engineer Employer
• Prepare & Compile Final Accounts Payment application with relevant substantiation and documents as per contract obligations

Skills Required

• Hands-on experience in quantification and costing estimation tendering and effective subcontract procurement procedure Contract Administration
• Ability to demonstrate commitment to job working within a team framework and being as a part of team
• Proactive Service minded result oriented and pleasant with good interpersonal communication skill
