Job summary

A leading design and construction firm in Dubai seeks a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to manage project costing, estimation, and contract management for luxury landscaping and interior design projects. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, a Dubai Municipality-approved card, and at least 5 years of UAE experience. The role involves detailed cost estimates, monitoring project costs, collaboration with site teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and engineering software is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Must hold a Dubai Municipality-approved card and valid SOE license.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in quantity surveying or project engineering.
• Strong expertise in estimation, pricing, and quantity take-offs.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and engineering software.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full QS activities including cost estimates and progress billing.
• Evaluate tenders, quotations, and subcontractor agreements.
• Conduct site inspections to verify quantities and progress.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and site teams; ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and major developers (EMAAR, NAKHEEL, TRAKEES, etc.).

Their services span acrosslandscaping, pools, interior fit-outs, villa extensions, and custom carpentry, making them a one-stop destination for premium design and build solutions is looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to support and manage project costing, estimation, and contract management across their landscaping and interior design projects.

• Manage full QS activities including detailed cost estimates, BOQs, budgeting, and progress billing
• Evaluate tenders, quotations, and subcontractor agreements
• Monitor project costs, variations, and ensure alignment with budgets
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and site teams; ensure compliance withDubai Municipality regulationsand major developers (EMAAR, NAKHEEL, TRAKEES, etc.)
