Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (attested) mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in quantity surveying and estimating for commercial projects within UAE.

Responsibilities

• Estimating: prepare subcontract and supplier enquiries, create priced tender documents, and coordinate with directors for adjudication and timelines.
• Surveying: prepare monthly project valuations, source certifications, re-measure variations, and compile cost/value comparisons for directors.

Job Responsibilities

• ESTIMATING -Your role will include Receiving tender documentation and preparing subcontract and supplier enquiry documents Preparing tender estimates ready for adjudication with the directors including any taking off as necessary to create a comprehensive priced document on time for submission Liaison with client team to complete any value engineering that may be necessary to progress the project to site Participating in online tenders
• SURVEYING -Your role will include Prepare monthly project valuations and source certification and attending monthly project site meetings Re-measurement and pricing of variations Monthly preparation of internal cost value comparison CVCs on each project for comment by directorsPreferably holding UAE Valid Driving LicenseLanguages known English Hindi

Qualification
