Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC in UAE is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to lead cost control for interior fit-out projects in Sharjah.

You will prepare detailed take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for joinery, finishes, FF&E, and MEP interfaces, while managing IPCs and subcontractor valuations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of UAE/GCC experience in interior fit-out, strong BOQ expertise, and a degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years UAE/GCC experience in quantity surveying within interior fit-out.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost analysis for fit-out packages.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed take-offs and BOQs for interior fit-out packages.
• Prepare cost estimates for joinery, finishes, FF&E and MEP interface works.
• Manage interim payment certificates (IPCs) and subcontractor valuations.
• Review and negotiate variations with clients and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with designers, site teams and vendors on cost matters.
