GINCO Cont. Co. LLC in Sharjah invites a Quantity Surveyor to support cost measurement and valuation activities on civil construction projects under senior commercial staff.

You will prepare take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, track variations, verify quantities against site records, and maintain organized cost documentation, leveraging basic BOQ principles and take-off software. The role requires 2+ years UAE/GCC experience and a degree/diploma in QS or civil engineering; UAE residence visa and

Qualifications

2+ years UAE/GCC experience in quantity surveying within civil contracting.
Basic knowledge of BOQ preparation and measurement principles.
Familiarity with take-off/measurement software is an advantage.
Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing take-offs BOQs and cost estimates
Support interim payment certificate IPC and subcontractor valuation preparation
Help track and document variations and change requests
Verify quantities and progress against site records
Maintain organized measurement and cost documentation
