A standout candidate will have high-rise experience, overseeing QA/QC for multi-faceted programs and coordinating with PMs, engineers, and subcontractors to implement corrective actions.

The role requires a Civil Engineering background with 13+ years in QA/QC, including 5+ years in a senior position, and a strong grasp of ISO standards and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 13+ years of experience in QA/QC engineering within the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, quality management systems, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in managing QA/QC for large-scale construction projects,
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and policies in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits on-site to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Review and approve quality control documentation, including method statements and inspection and test plans (ITPs).

• Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
