Job summary

Dashco Middle East in Dubai is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to lead quality assurance and control on construction projects. You will implement QA/QC procedures, coordinate material testing, and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in construction, and familiarity with ISO 9001, ASTM, and ACI. Strong communication, organization, and problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality control processes.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ASTM, ACI and relevant construction standards.
• Experience with inspections, testing, NCRs, ITPs, and quality documentation.
• UAE or GCC construction experience is mandatory.
