Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management and contract administration across several consultancy projects in the UAE. You will prepare cost estimates, manage procurement and tendering, oversee contract administration, and provide strategic cost advice to clients.

The role requires leadership of the QS team, ensuring compliance with FIDIC contracts and local regulations, mentoring junior staff, and delivering regular cost reports and cash flow

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Engineering as required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering (Civil/MEP) preferred.
• MRICS or AIQS certification preferred.
• 5–10 years in related field, with tendering and Design & Build experience.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, measurements, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management and contract administration across multiple projects.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation according to standard methods.
• Review and certify interim payments, evaluate variations and change orders.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and cost summaries.
• Lead and mentor Junior QS professionals and ensure standards compliance.
• Communicate with clients and project teams to resolve commercial issues and risks.
