Job summary

edari in Dubai seeks a Senior Analyst - Quantity Surveying to provide commercial, cost management and QS support across fit-out and development projects. This contract role has an initial duration of 15 months and is renewable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant Quantity Surveying / commercial experience.
• Strong post-contract QS experience with claims, variations and contract administration.
• Experience in commercial and contractual management of contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Knowledge of cost planning, cost control, forecasting and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial and quantity surveying expertise to project teams and supply chain.
• Review contractor claims, variations and change requests with contractual evaluation.
• Prepare project estimates and cost assessments across phases.
• Develop and maintain cost databases to improve estimating and budgeting.
• Support cost planning, budget development, cost control and forecasting.
• Identify and mitigate contractual, commercial and cost risks.
• Produce commercial and project performance reports (budgets, costs, timelines, variations).
• Assist with subcontractor selection and commercial evaluation.
• Provide commercial advice to internal stakeholders and project teams.
• Support contract and procurement strategy to meet objectives.
