Job summary

Joint Tank services FZCO in Dubai seeks a seasoned QHSE Manager to develop and maintain health, safety and environmental management systems across ISO tank depot and chemical logistics operations. Responsibilities include leading audits for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and SQAS, coordinating with Dubai civil defense, regulatory bodies, and driving continuous improvement while promoting a positive safety culture.

Qualifications include NEBOSH IGC/Diploma, ISO lead auditor, and 8+ years in QHSE roles;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Professional safety certification such as NEBOSH IGC, NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH Managing Safely, or equivalent.
• Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• SQAS Assessor qualification or experience in implementing and maintaining SQAS standards is a strong advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar QHSE role within ISO Tank Depot, chemical logistics, tank terminal, or hazardous chemicals industry.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SQAS requirements.
• Familiarity with hazardous chemicals, DG regulations, emergency response, and risk management.
• Strong communication, reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor QHSE management systems.
• Lead, coordinate and facilitate audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and SQAS.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and SQAS across operations.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities for permits and approvals.
• Conduct risk assessments and emergency drills; drive continuous improvement.
• Organise safety committee meetings and safety training programs.
• Record, analyse, and report HSE data; manage corrective actions.
