Job summary

Yokogawa is seeking a senior QHSE professional in Abu Dhabi with a engineering background to maintain and continually improve the QHSE Management System across projects. The role requires leading audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and cross-department coordination to meet ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 standards.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA or industry qualifications.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in an engineering company serving Oil & Gas/Petrochemical.
• Strong knowledge of establishing QHSE MS incl. ISO 9001, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001.
• Strong English communication in written and oral.
• Good project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor & improve QHSE Management Systems (MS) – ISO 9001, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001.
• Review & update procedures and support documents; define processes and procedures.
• Execute audits & inspections and follow up on corrective & preventive actions.
• Respond to complaints and requests; prepare risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents; prepare periodic reports & analyses.
• Conduct QHSE trainings; promote QHSE awareness culture.
• Represent the company on QHSE issues; liaise with departments.
