Job summary

Currie & Brown in Dubai, UAE is seeking a proactive HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental initiatives on a key client project.

You will support the QHSE lead in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 compliant systems, conduct site inspections, audits, and support project teams to foster a safety-first culture on site.

The role requires NEBOSH or equivalent qualifications, strong English communication, and experience in construction settings.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of QHSE systems and ISO standards.
• Experience conducting site inspections and audits.
• Familiarity with construction-related QHSE procedures.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the QHSE lead in implementing and maintaining QHSE systems.
• Verify compliance with legislation and standards across projects.
• Participate in QHSE meetings and advise on safety and environmental matters.
• Raise reports to Delivery Management and client QHSE Lead on a regular basis.
• Promote a safety-first mindset among site teams.
