Job summary

Worley is seeking a senior QA/QC lead to manage the quality assurance and control processes for ADNOC Growth Projects in Abu Dhabi. The role requires leading QA/QC teams, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with project contractual requirements and international standards.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical, with strong hands-on experience in FEED/EPC phases, risk management, and supplier surveillance. ADNOC and offshore exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 15+ years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries.
• At least 5 years in a similar lead QA/QC role on major projects in GCC.
• ADNOC & Offshore project experience preferred; PMC experience advantageous.
• FEED & EPC phases experience required and strong handover knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage QA/QC processes, team and resources for ADNOC Growth Projects.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9000 series, company policies and contractual requirements.
• Maintain project QA/QC documentation, risk registers and lessons learned.
• Conduct quality audits and ensure timely closure of corrective actions by involved parties.
• Oversee vendor and contractor QA/QC engagement and surveillance across projects.
