Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer in Abu Dhabi to lead QA/QC activities on brown field oil and gas projects. The role focuses on implementing the Quality Management System, coordinating multi-discipline QA/QC inspections, and driving continual improvement to meet contractual quality requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years in QA engineering, IRCA ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification, and proven ability to deliver flawless project outcomes under tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Certified Welding Inspector with 5+ years inspection experience.
• Certified Coating Inspector with 5+ years inspection experience.
• Total QA/QA/QC experience in oil and gas 12+ years.
• IRCA Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 accreditation.
• Strong project delivery and audit leadership capabilities.
• Ability to coordinate multi-discipline QA/QC activities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Quality Management System compliance and system improvement activities.
• Support Goal Zero and participate in HSE activities per EPCM CONTRACT HSE Plan.
• Accountable for Quality Management Plan implementation.
• Establish and maintain the quality management system.
• Coordinate inspection activities of multi-discipline Quality Control Inspectors.
• Conduct regular schedule meetings with Quality Inspectors and Site Team.
• Monitor contractor QA/QC activities and maintain records for Document Control.
• Raise punch lists after inspections and ensure contract compliance.
